Bugfix: non-gold (and ethereal ice) asteroids should not drop minerals

Realised a last minute change on Monday night broke the in-game 'economy'. Now minerals are only mineable from gold asteroids and ethereal ice asteroids. I playtested again and there's plenty to go round for all the upgrades. Cheers. ;)
